I’ll start with the story behind almost everyone’s favorite picture, the “Estrada de Ferro Central do Brazil”. It was taken during the summer of 2018 while traveling with my family around Pirapora, MG. It was the last family trip before the pandemic, everyone from my mother’s side was there. We took my grandfather to his home town, to the farm he lived most of his life.
Why does everyone love it so much?
Firstly, I think it’s because it was a special family moment, so many people recognize it from that trip.
Secondly, it’s a good picture that follows basic rules like the rule of thirds, leading lines, color balance, and a nice vanishing point. It’s funny that one of my best shots is from 2018 and was taken with my old camera…
And this is today’s t-shirt! What do you think about it?
